Hi Lovelies.
It is the first day of 2015! The 1st of January! How time flies!
I still can't believe that it's 2015! This is absolutely insane!
But guess what?! I am so ready for this new year!
There is a lot happening this year because of several reasons. This is what this blogpost will be about. So, if you're interest what is going to happen for me this year, then just keep reading!
1. Getting my drivers license.
2. Finishing school after 12 years.
3. Going to New Zealand as an Au Pair for 1 year.
This upcoming year will probably be the most exciting & lifechanging one of my life so far.
Before, all my plans at the beginning of a new year were about school & my typical daily life, but now it is totally different!
1. I am still working on getting my drivers license because I started in September last year & it takes quite a while until you're completely finished. The process of getting your license in Germany is very different to the process in the UK or in the US. I think (& I hope) to be done in late February so that I have some more time to practice my driving before I'm off to New Zealand.
2. I can't even explain how exciting it is to say: I will be done with 12 years of school in only 3 months! Even typing it down here makes me realize how crazy fast those 12 past years went by. I am very excited, though. There is just one thing I am seriously thinking of nonstop: What will happen to me & some of my closest friends? It might seem a little exaggerated now, but I am very sad that I am not going to see my friends every day anymore. Eventhough school is hard sometimes & there were obviously times when I wasn't motivated to go to school at all. But overall I have to admit that my time in school was the most exciting, fun & amazing thing I experienced in my life so far.
There is just so much that happened & that I hopefully will never forget!
It is nowadays somehow natural that I have such a good realtionship with all of my school friends & I they are the ones I spent most of my time with. I just love every single one of them. Of yourse, there are some I spent more time with than with 'others'. But I have the feeling that I will also deeply miss the 'others'.
I will miss EVERY single one of them - no doubt!
& my fear is that we will not be as close as we are now when we won't see each other every day anymore. & this is the last thing I want to happen!
Anyway, I am very optimistic about that we will stay friends & if not then there is something & someone else destined for us.
So, back to business. I will be officially done in mid June.
3. And of course the MOST exciting thing will be my year abroad (I already talked about it on my blog & on my youtube channel!) because this will be the most lifechanging thing ever!
I don't know what's awaiting me & what I should be expecting, but I am beyond excited!
So guys, I couldn't be more happy, enthousiastic & excited for this year. 2015! How amazing is that!
And the most important thing: I get to share it with you guys which is more than just amazing! Thank you all for the support so far & I hope that our 'whatiheart' family will grow even bigger this year!
